By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to these terms.

What messages you'll receive
After you opt in, we send SMS related to your real estate request, which may include:
- Showing and appointment confirmations and reminders
- New-listing and price-change alerts for a search you requested
- Home-valuation follow-ups and market updates you asked for
- Transaction and closing status updates
- Replies to questions you send us
Consent to receive these texts is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving a guide or other resource.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and stage in the buying or selling process.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility; The Jorge Ramirez Group does not charge for the messages themselves.

How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting us using the details below.
